About vicky

Vicky joined Assembly in 2023 and is based in the Boston, MA area. Prior to Assembly, Vicky spent ten years in finance in varied roles across investment management operations at State Street and Bain Capital and FP&A in private equity-backed and publicly traded technology businesses. Vicky’s experience as a business partner working closely with CFOs and other executives, paired with her entrepreneurial attitude, is what attracted her to executive search. After spending a year with True Search in their CFO practice, Vicky joined Assembly to support executive searches across Finance, HR, and Corporate Development.

Education 

Vicky graduated with honors from Emmanuel College in Boston with a double major in Mathematics and Business Management. Outside of work, Vicky can be found spending time with her family and friends, in the kitchen trying new recipes, and hiking with her dog, Winston.

If you could instantly become an expert in something, what would it be?

Music! I wish so badly that I had musical talent – in another life I would be on tour and rocking out every night.
