Sam has over a decade of experience recruiting executive leadership teams for high-growth software and technology companies, with a particular focus on growth equity-backed businesses. His search experience spans CEO and senior leadership placements across go-to-market, product, technology, and finance functions.
Prior to Assembly, Sam founded Lumeidon Partners, a boutique executive search firm acquired by 33eleven in 2022. As a Partner at 33eleven, Sam worked extensively with growth equity-backed software companies, completing executive searches across the portfolios of leading investors. At Assembly, Sam focuses on growing the firm's growth equity practice, working with investors, founders, and CEOs to build leadership teams capable of leveraging AI to drive innovation and growth.
Sam lives in the Boston area with his wife, Maggie, and their daughter, Millie. When he's not working, you'll likely find him on the golf course, spending time with family and friends, or cheering on the Minnesota Vikings.

Sam graduated from Merrimack College with a B.A. in Philosophy.
