About Pilar
Pilar is a founding member of the Assembly team. She began her career in corporate banking, guiding the creation and leadership of the Product and Technology Search function for Vista Equity Partners’ internal operating and consulting arm as well as leading new business efforts as the Business Development Manager at Gerson Lehrman Group. She got her start in executive recruiting at Bespoke Partners before joining our team.
With her focus on Product, Technology, and Finance, she has helped build executive teams across various global enterprise software companies including Showpad, Planview, Aptean, and Storable with investors at TA Associates, Thoma Bravo, and Genstar.
Outside the office, expect to find Pilar trying the latest sushi that Austin has to offer. If she’s not in her hometown of Austin, her travel destination of choice is Turks & Caicos.
Education
Pilar earned a B.S.C. in Accounting and Business Administration from Washington and Lee University.
