About Julia

Julia joined the Assembly team in 2021 but began her career in finance at UBS before working at Bloomberg LP. She previously spent 8 years in the CEO & Board practice at Heidrick & Struggles focusing exclusively on the technology sector. Her experience spans partnering with leaders, investors, and board members at high-growth VC and PE-backed portfolio companies to global F500 companies in the recruitment of C-level executives. She co-leads our CEO, President/COO, Board, and senior-level assignments across both enterprise software and consumer internet companies. 

Julia is a native New Yorker who loves to travel with her husband and stay active. These days, that mostly involves chasing after her three young children, Rosie, Parker, and Ella. Her favorite destination to escape to when she needs to unwind is Italy (with Paris as a close second!).

Education 

Julia earned her B.S. in Art History from Hamilton College.

Italy - I'd go every year if I could, but Paris is a close second!
