About elyse

Elyse began her career in brand identity and has transitioned into corporate operations after working across e-commerce and tech industries within organizations like The Zebra, Under Armour, Kohl’s, Ralph Lauren, and Hai Hospitality. She enjoys bridging strategy and creativity to help companies scale with clarity and impact. The executive search space excites her for its focus on precision, excellence, and client experience. At Assembly, Elyse focuses on internal processes, data management, and automation integrations.

After living in sunny Austin and Miami for several years with her husband and rescue dog, Ranger, Elyse and her family recently returned to her hometown of Annapolis, Maryland. Away from the office, she enjoys taking her daughter sightseeing on the Eastern Shore and scouting out the best local crab cakes. 

Education 

Elyse graduated with honors from Towson University with a B.S. in Communication, Marketing, and Advertising. She also earned a B.A. from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County in Graphic Design.
