About Claire

Claire joined Assembly in January 2023 and is based in Dallas, TX. Claire serves as Go To Market expert executing executive searches within our Go To Market/Customer Practice (Sales + Marketing + CSX) under Mariza, successfully delivering COO, CMO, CRO, CSO, and CCO placements at growth stage and large scale businesses in the PE and Growth equity-backed B2B technology ecosystem.

Prior to Assembly, Claire spent several years in NYC doing sales recruiting at Formative Partners (fka CloserIQ), and then joined SPMB Executive Search where she focused on Go-To-Market c-suite and senior leadership searches at VC and PE backed tech unicorns and high growth SaaS companies. Claire started her career in NYC working as a book publicist at Penguin Random House.

Education 

Born in the Northeast and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Claire graduated from Villanova University with a double major in English Literature and Communications.
