Austin joined Assembly in February 2025 with executive recruiting experience in VC-backed, PE-backed, and public companies. Austin has built a strong market reputation in go to market search with clients highlighting his ability to deeply understand their business, the role, and the ideal candidate profile, ensuring a precise and well-aligned search. He stands out to clients and candidates alike for his consultative approach, professionalism, predictability, and commitment to all search projects.

Raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico and moving across the US after school, Austin settled in Dallas where he met his wife and they now raise their two children. When he’s not working you will find Austin spending time with family and friends, usually sharing a good meal, taking in a sporting event, being outside, or a combination of the three.

Education 

Austin graduated from Hardin-Simmons University with a double major in Business Administration and Management and Marketing.

What causes are you passionate about?

Investing in and volunteering locally to impact others, particularly the next generation. We actively support our local Young Life area, volunteer through our church, lead premarital classes, and a men’s group for recent college graduates.

What’s your favorite thing about your job?

Leadership matters! We have the opportunity to impact organizations in a way that few do and create significant outcomes for individuals leaders we place, teams they lead, and organizations they guide.
