About Aidan

Aidan joined Assembly in March 2025 and is based in Amelia Island, FL.  She brings executive search experience across a variety of roles (COO, CFO, CGO, CTO, ++) and spent her early career specializing in Chief Executive and Chief Operating roles for PE- and VC-backed healthcare technology and services businesses. She's worked with top tier sponsors such as Vistria, TPG, and Amulet, and enjoys connecting great candidates with life-changing opportunities.

When she's not working, Aidan enjoys relaxing on the beaches of Florida with a good book or spending time with her family in New England.

Education 

Aidan graduated from Boston College with a major in Public Health and a minor in Entrepreneurship.

What's your favorite thing about your job?

I love getting to know candidates on both a personal and professional level, placing them into roles that are a perfect fit for them and their families, and watching them be successful!

Favorite place you've ever traveled?

I spent kindergarten through fifth grade in a fully French-speaking program, so I love to visit Paris & break out the old skills!
